We ask participating firms agree to:
- Recruit on local college campuses at least twice during the year on
behalf of your firm and the other CPACareerNet firms. For most firms, campus
recruiting is nothing new, except that the national CPACareerNet opportunities
expand the attractiveness of talking with your firm.
- Conduct an initial screening interview with applicants in your practice
area if requested by another firm and workload allows.
- Refer prospective employees to other firms and/or their clients.
Each of the above items results in a cooperative effort among the
firms using CPACareerNet to create a cohesive presence to stand against the large national and
